If you’re the type of person who thinks Valentines Day is a complete waste of time because it’s a made up holiday and completely commercialized, (as opposed to every other holiday?) then you’re probably single and miserable about it. I’ve been single during Valentines Day so I know the feeling, and it sucks, because unless you’re in a relationship it’s probably a holiday you won’t be celebrating. I mean a first date on Valentines Day? Probably not the greatest idea, it would just be full of disappointment with all the expectations of finding love and realizing that your going to be alone… forever.
But lets not look at Valentines Day as a day to find love, but rather to celebrate the people we already love. And maybe even reflect on why we’re single in the first place.
