Cops Don’t React Well To Bong Pranks!
I hate seeing cops get forceful. This guy never indicates an intent to run, struggle or fight, and is merely smoking a bong which is supposed to be sold with the intention of using tobacco. But in all instances with the police, they grab him instantly and start forcing him to surrender before the use of communication.
