How Wolves Change Rivers

Wolves, though small in number, were reintroduced to Yellowstone in 1995 after nearly two decades of being absent. Their role in the ecosystem is so important that without them the deer population rapidly escalated, resulting in an unbalanced food chain. This lead to the disappearance of vast amounts of vegetation and other species of wildlife. The most incredible part of this video shows the fragility our ecosystems; if one small part is changed it can have devastating results.
