The future is upon us. Scientists over at the US Army Natick Soldier Research, Development, and Engineering Center in Massachusetts have been working on a tasty discovery. By using a combination of sugars and gels (typically honey) they have created a pizza that has a counter-life of 3 years. The taste is said to be on par with already available oven made pizzas says David Accetta, a former Army Lieutenant. This means big things for the men and women fighting over seas, who have been asking for tastier MRE (meals ready to eat) options for years, and are tired of canned food and granola bars. I mean after all the Call of Duty I’ve played – I never thought I’d say this but – is it time to enlist?
